A little disappointed with this product. I've only had it for about a month and one of the little squirt holes comes out ascu. So basically you have this great spray but you don't have enough water on parts of your body and it sprays right over your head. To update. More small holes started spewing water all over the place, we cleaned the shower head and spray balls but still didn't work properly. Also, the customization switch now only works in 1 of 3 options. It also comes with extra small balls to replace the ones inside. Strong beam. Three spray options. I had to splurge and buy the 5 spray option *update* It's completely broken. Don't hesitate to buy this. It was literally POS.
