Review on Makita 197210-9 Small Interlocking Case - 4-3/8" x 15-1/2" x 11-5/8" for Improved SEO by Michael Luna

I love these Makita cases. Lockable, stackable and handy size.

I love these feet, they are so comfy and big. I love that they come in 4 sizes, this is the smallest. They can all be stacked and locked individually or together. The handles on the faucet feel quite solid. In this little case I keep all my woodworking measuring tools: squares, spirit levels, chalk ruler, speed squares and the like. The size is good as it is not deep and you can see and reach things easily. I also love that you can attach all of your stacked drawers together with a 1" flat latch. Just another layer of protection. I will say that I feel the material could be a little thicker or feel a little firmer. I don't think the material used will withstand a fall or fall even from a short distance. The plastic seems too brittle. But I can be wrong. Latches are good, but they can get stuck and difficult to use at times. I'm not sure if they will loosen up a bit over time or if they are too loose and can't be refastened. I also wish the insides were flatter and didn't have those structural channels in the lid. But I think you need them to solidify and learn without adding material. All in all, if you really want to look professional and organized, these are the perfect cases for all your Makita tools. You can at least look like it even if you have no idea what you're doing.
