I recommend buying a Reese hitch with the nuts already welded on. This one is well built, but it's very difficult to get the nuts between the bumper and the frame into the mounting bolts. The easiest way is to remove the bumper to install it. I chose this one because of the price and Reese bumped the price to just under $75 (from $54.99 I was willing to pay until it went up. I now think a $20 raise would have been worth it) . I recommend using a vise to secure the nut between the bumper and frame unless you intend to remove the bumper (there is a groove on the back of the bumper to allow the bolt to pry off the nut and fall out Not enough space ) between the bumper and the frame to hold the nut to UNLOAD the thumbscrew tightening). Matching the nuts to the two inner bolts is almost impossible. I chose to only screw the two outer bolts, I don't lug anything, I just pull my boat and jet skis out of the water at the boat ramp to store them for the winter (I live on a lake and have a boat dock ). I will install the other 2 bolts when I have time to jack my Jeep up in my garage and remove the bumper. You must be patient to install this latch.
