Online Shopping at EVLA: A Frustrating Experience

As a new parent, I was happy to find EVLA's web store, which offered everything I needed in one convenient location. My time spent in stores with EVLAs was fraught with frustration. First of all, I had a hard time navigating the website and finding the information I required. Many items were unavailable for delivery, and the search feature was shaky at best. After a long delay, I was able to make an order, but I had to wait more than a month for my purchases to arrive. When my order eventually arrived, it contained only some of the items I had ordered, and one of them was broken. The customer service department at EVLA was a nightmare to contact, with long wait periods and unhelpful representatives. In sum, I found shopping at EVLA's web store to be extremely annoying and time-consuming. As a writer, I feel obligated to warn other parents against making purchases from EVLA's because of the website's disorganized design, long shipping times, and unhelpful customer service representatives.

Pros
  • A one-stop store for all of your child's requirements
Cons
  • inadequate client care
