Crap quality: AVOID
I assume it's PVC and covered in "chrome" paint or something. It is of course NOT steel and then chrome plated. It's a piece of crap and if you drop the hand held shower head I think it will eventually break. . . and someone in the shower is sure to drop it. I bought this because I wanted a better quality hand held shower head and thought Moen would be one of the best hand held shower heads. Well I was wrong! It doesn't last the 20+ years you would expect from a shower faucet. Don't let the name Moen fool you like I did. This name "dirt" precedes me.
