Review on Blibea Floral Sleeve Ruffled Pockets Girls' Clothing in Dresses by Matthew Seamster

I bought this dress specifically because it was shown with a pleated skirt at the bodice; When it arrived it was a ruffled skirt that was attached to the bodice. The fabric, colors and other aspects (e.g. pockets, sleeves etc.) of the dress were exactly as pictured and very beautiful. I'm wondering why the style of the attached skirt has changed compared to the one in the photo.
