Good water resistance, not so good customer service
Overall this is a good product and its water resistance is excellent. Shortly after receiving it, I accidentally spilled some water on it and was surprised when the water pooled to the surface so quickly. One of the two zippers broke the first time I used it. I liked the overall look, fabric and sizing so I contacted the seller who never answered my question about the zippers. One zipper still works and I can keep things tidy inside, but I wish they had better customer service.
