It's time to buy new smartphones for my family. I decided to start with myself and bought this device. Unfortunately, now, regretting the purchase and having a negative experience of communication with Samsung, I am forced to refuse further purchases of goods from this company. Pros: There is no point in talking about merit. Smartphones from different manufacturers of the same price segment are actually the same. Everyone chooses the technique that best meets his needs. Some cons: The main camera of the smartphone "blurs" the right side of the frame. At the same time, the central and left parts of the frame remain sharp. With this question, I contacted the official warranty service of Samsung. The phone was returned with the conclusion "no defect found". Next, I called the Samsung hotline and told about the problem. My appeal was registered and promised to give an answer within 4 working days. After 4 days, the Samsung manager called me and said that, according to the Samsung technical department, the flaw I discovered is a distinctive feature of this smartphone model and, accordingly, is not a malfunction. From the words of the company's representatives, the conclusion suggests itself that in this way Samsung is misleading consumers by not providing some information about this smartphone model, which could influence the purchase decision. If I had known about such "distinctive features" in advance, I would never have bought this smartphone. Now I am forced to use it without using the main camera in some cases, since I often photograph documents and the uniform sharpness of the camera is crucial for me.
