Despite some bad reviews I ordered this fan anyway, it was exactly what I wanted. Upon receipt I found that this is exactly what I wanted, small, 2 speeds, quiet and large airflow. There is no air conditioning in my house, I don't usually need it. I found my Wi-Fi router overheating - it feels hot. I installed this little fan to cover the router thinking I might need to use the high speed setting. I started with a high setting and then a low setting to see if it would work. And so it was. The router no longer overheats and feels cool. A low fan speed is more than sufficient for cooling. It's also a very quiet fan, running 24/7 for 3 days now, still quiet and even the fan case is cool. It's clear that anything that works 24/7 will eventually have problems. Time will tell how this nifty little fan holds up. UPDATE: It's been running 24/7 for 10 months now - and still cools my router quietly and efficiently!
