Pros: Nice little shelf. Many hanging shelves are much more expensive than this one, but this one has way more personality. It's a little smaller than expected but looks just like the picture. It offers space for several toiletries, 3 toilet paper rolls and 3 pleasantly scented spray bottles. The assembly took very little time and seemed reasonably self-explanatory. My 3 year old son helped me put it together if that tells you anything. As for the hanging shelf, I'm not sure more needs to be said. Serves its purpose and looks nice. Fur: There were a few spots of paint at the top of the windows (which wasn't noticeable in my lighting after hanging), and the finger holes weren't perfectly aligned, but they're close (the one on the right is slightly lower and to the right). It doesn't bother my wife, but it drives me insane because of my obsessive-compulsive tendencies. I bought various pens from my local store as the ones that come with them are cheap plastic stuff which my 8 year old loved and I hated. If you want to replace them, don't wear them, as removing them will leave a silver ring on your doors (and unless the other handles are of the same scope in terms of color, you'll always see the rings unless you paint over them you). I haven't decided yet whether I'll recommend it to a friend or not. My friend is in the starting house.? may be. My parents.? probably no. It works great in my home and looks good, not tasteless or cheap. It's a fine line on this one.
