We had ordered a similar door from a Big Box company; it was more expensive than this by about $100. It was quite lovely. However, we ordered it 3 separate times, and each time it arrived with the glass shattered. We had pretty much decided to go with an ordinary door when we saw this one on Revain. We were hesitant, but decided to try one last time. This door arrived at the stipulated time, and the drivers, who drove from NY to RI in a company van, laid it carefully down in our garage. Two weeks passed, and when we opened the carton with hardware and framing, we discovered there was no frame jam. I imagined another 3 week delay. I called the company on Saturday afternoon and left a message. On Sunday afternoon, I received a return phone call. They confirmed my order information and said they would send the missing materials. On Friday of that same week, the package was delivered, as promised. The company's dependability and customer service would have been exceptional under any circumstances., but in these times, it is remarkable! This door leads to a shower area from a guest bathroom. The door lets in light, but of course, is private because of the frosted glass.Our space is small, so the door helps creates a light, airy look. Oh, and to top it off, the door also came with a lovely, brushed nickel ,French door handle.
