NOTE: PLEASE READ THE FULL REVIEW, IT'S HONEST. This is my first mp3/mp4 I've ever had. For the money it's ok. Everything works fine (including the bluetooth function). I know some people have said it's complete rubbish or the bluetooth function doesn't work, but everything worked as well as it could. /or AVI format for video but I keep getting a format error. But maybe I'll find out in time**** I gave 3 stars because I contacted the seller directly and didn't get a response from him *****++++++++++ UPDATE+ + +++ +++++ t After about a week and a half I finally got a reply from the seller and he gave me a link to download the video converter and I did it but found the link didn't work. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME The salesman said they were on a five day vacation (which I don't believe) because he says they are based in the US and so am I and we haven't had a day off in quite some time. A: I purchased on January 31, 2019 and am doing this review just after the first week of February (February 10, 2019). So tell me how they are or how they are on vacation. LAUGH OUT LOUD. So I replied to them and said that I am very unhappy and that everything should work considering I paid $30 for this item but I am NOT HAPPY with it but overall everything is fine I wouldn't say that it is so all terrible device.
