Let's start with arrival, perfectly packaged. No leaks. Fully protected. After putting the pumps in, the conditioner bottle is great but the shampoo bottle is a pain. I don't know if it's the pump or the thickness of the shampoo etc. But to squeeze out a drop you have to pump 100 times. You have to open the bottle to pour out the shampoo. After all, the conditioner bottle is much emptier than the shampoo. The difference is almost an inch or so, so it's a shame they weren't both the same thickness given the price. I haven't seen big improvements yet, so I think I'll make a sequel in the future. Basically ok, not more than usual.
