I have used this shampoo and conditioner several times and have really enjoyed the results. (After longer use I will post more about how it helps my hair.) It has a lovely soft and sweet scent that is not overly strong but leaves my hair with a great scent. I am generally happy with the results from the first few washes and look forward to long term results from this product.

Let's start with arrival, perfectly packaged. No leaks. Fully protected. After putting the pumps in, the conditioner bottle is great but the shampoo bottle is a pain. I don't know if it's the pump or the thickness of the shampoo etc. But to squeeze out a drop you have to pump 100 times. You have to open the bottle to pour out the shampoo. After all, the conditioner bottle is much emptier than the shampoo. The difference is almost an inch or so, so it's a shame they weren't both the same…

smells great! I bought them for the convenience of the pumps! However, none of the pumps work. And the shampoo pump doesn't unscrew the bottle. The transparency of the conditioner is ok. The shampoo is not very good. Both are fat. I will update the hair growth information later as this is my first time using it. The only complaint I have is that the pumps don't work! If the pumps work I would give 5 stars. Aside from the pumps not working and not capping the bottle, I recommend!

I was so excited to try this shampoo and conditioner to help with hair loss. I was afraid someone put hair removal lotion in it. I never leave bad reviews, but when I gently washed my hair, a lot of hair fell out. I put my hair on the edge of the tub so it doesn't clog the drain. Then as I conditioned, more hair fell out. In the end I cried in my heart. It was expensive for me who received a disability but I had high hopes.

I did not use the pumps because many people complained. Both the shampoo and conditioner are very thick, the shampoo lathers well, the smell is light but it stinks very badly. Doesn't help my hair loss. I think I'll go back to Honey, which worked straight away. You just have to find a good conditioner. Always hit and miss. It's just too expensive this time.

I have been suffering from hair loss since I had normal postpartum hair loss after the birth of my son. I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for a little over a month now. As you can see from the before and after photos, it looks like this product has noticeably improved hair regrowth. Hair growth aside, this is a good range of hair products. I have very thin hair, moisturizes but doesn't weigh it down. It has a pleasant but not overpowering scent.

When I first used them I was blown away by how clean my hair was. We have very hard well water with a high manganese content and it builds up on my skin and hair so I can truly say this shampoo is different than my previous one.
