When I first used them I was blown away by how clean my hair was. We have very hard well water with a high manganese content and it builds up on my skin and hair so I can truly say this shampoo is different than my previous one. My hair was sparkling clean, which is rare as I have very thin hair. After using the conditioner, my hair became much softer. BUT the best part is that my hair doesn't fall out like it used to. I used to have at least 50 hairs in the shower and sink after every wash and blow dry! After 3 weeks of use I see maybe 10-15 hairs in the shower and after blow drying. I don't know if this makes the hair grow faster because I have short hair and don't want to add length. This is a great product as are all Majstic Pure products I have tried.
