Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

According to the tests shows a lower speed on my Z97M-G43. As I found out, the problem is that I have only two PCIe lines on M.2, by installing the adapter you can double the tests (it will work on PCIe2.0 4x), but for full speed you need PCIe3.0 4x, which is this mother can not be obtained in any way (if only instead of a video card).
In general, as I understand it after reading articles, a growth in synthetic tests twice gives an increase in real applications of no more than 5%, so it may not make sense to twitch.

Pros

Fast, cheap. 5 year warranty (although it's not entirely clear how to provide it).

Cons

I had to suffer with the installation under Win7 and did not immediately understand that it would not be displayed in the BIOS (mother of the Z97M-G43), but only appears in the boot selection menu, in which it appears AFTER installing Windows, so it is not visible at all before installation. The system (Win7) is not seen at all until you install the appropriate firewood (ates 2990941 and 3087873).
