Review on Bissell ICONpet Edge 2894A Cordless Vacuum Cleaner by Kimberly Evans

We love dogs in our house and have been using the Bissell Spinwave, Crosswave and ICONPet vacuums for several years now. We needed a backup vacuum and got this ICONPet Edge thanks to its good reviews and ratings. On first use we found that it had slightly more suction than the traditional wireless ICONPet we already had; However, charging stopped immediately after 28 days of use! After switching on, the device literally went out after 2-3 seconds and did not work. We tried to connect to the charging dock and there was a blinking error light that can't be found on the Bissell website. So disappointed. I will be contacting Bissell for assistance and hopefully request a replacement. but the hassle of waiting for a replacement is definitely unacceptable with a practically new product!
