This product stops working after 3 months but here is the solution: Replace the bulb as it is most likely burnt out. So if you want to replace it, you can, but it will only cost you more money. Looks like a cheap bulb to me. I know it's just a bulb because I tested the electrode protector with the bulb completely removed and it still worked. I wouldn't recommend this product just for the pear. However, it's very quiet, although again, due to the light bulb, it's not very good at attracting pests. My parents bought a zapper from here for about the same price and they've been working non-stop for about 6+ months so I wouldn't do it on that note. If you bought this and the bulb burned out I've uploaded a picture for your reference if you want to replace it. One thing I finally notice is the 13w bulb and the unit is 15w. I'm not sure if it matters but it could be the reason why it burned out. Just my 2 cents.
