PRO: LOVE the rubberized interior that helps keep dishes in place. LOVE THE LOOK - White and gray are very stylish. Love the size - PERFECT for me. I have a LARGE kitchen drawer that takes up part of it. I've used the extra tray for things like a wine corkscrew and still have plenty of drawer space that the tray doesn't take up for things like spatulas. SO MUCH MORE THAN hard plastic models or just white soft plastic models. BETTER TO USE AND LOOKS BETTER. CONS: The gray rubberized material looks like it's glued on, not molded, so I don't know how long it will "rise". Every once in a while I wash the dish tray and just hope the liquid doesn't pull it up. POSSIBLE DISADVANTAGES: If you have more than FOUR place settings, it may not be DEEP enough. I put FOUR locations and they are almost at the top of each section. OVERALL definitely four stars! Great price too.
