I bought this coffee mug to match the red Hello Kitty laptop bag and I am very satisfied with both the quality and the design. It pairs beautifully with a laptop bag and is a fun way to get to work on a Monday morning. The mug itself is well made and heavy. The pen is thick and strong - when I opened the packaging I was concerned that my fingers would not fit in the pen. I have long fingers (I play the piano so I have a large arm span) and the space felt small, but it fits my hand perfectly and is quite comfortable to hold. I believe the thickness of the mug will keep your coffee or tea hot. longer, and the rounded lip shape tends to reduce leakage. The design is good quality and cute, it withstands the dishwasher and microwave well. All in all a great purchase and very cute!
