Review on 🔌 StarTech.com 6ft/1.8m USB C to DisplayPort 1.4 Cable - 8K 60Hz DP Monitor Cable for USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 by Greg Mcnealey

I'm trying to improve my external monitor connection. Right now I'm using a DV cable with a MacBookPro USB-C adapter - it gets hot, my video gets shaky. I want to simplify the connection by omitting the adapter. The cable on this one is 3.5mm in diameter, the cable I'm trying to replace is 10mm in diameter. Also, it arrived in a damaged plastic bag and it looks like the cable is broken - the two sides of the loop cable in the packaging look like they were smashed, the plastic cover is curled against surges. You will send me another telegram. There is no excuse for that. A look at that damaged pocket indicates a problem, and a look at the cord is obviously damaged. (Does not accept picture from my iPhone)
