Good machine but not very designed

Just used for the first time. The sound is very quiet and after use it seems very clear (like after a visit to the dentist). However, the water hose is designed in such a way that you cannot lift the brush without disconnecting the hose. And separating and gluing the hose is not very easy. You also get 2 extra brush heads but no extra floss head. Just wondering how other members of my family might use it.
