I like that they are very responsive to any issues we have with our server or network infrastructure. They also provide great customer service when there is an issue in production for us. We do not use them often enough because it takes so long between calls from their techs - but if you need help right away then this might be what you want! Their prices tend to go up as more people sign contracts with them which makes sense since they're providing more resources/services than just one person can handle alone. It's nice having someone else who knows how things work behind the scenes while still being able to talk through problems without needing too much time spent figuring out exactly where something went wrong.
