I have mixed feelings about this. I hooked it up to a small computer fan I had removed from an old desktop for use in a fridge on wheels. I checked that everything works fine, so I went for a hard install and encountered problems. Since the actual switch is strung with 5 wires (about 24-26 AWG to be exact) and is about 5 inches from the board, it became difficult to work with the device trying to install the switch and the to hide circuit board. It might be my big hand, but I really want to blame the 24-26 AWG wire with a microscopic amount of solder that ripped a few wires from the switch body and rendered the device unusable. I would like to send it back but I feel partly responsible, like "I did a preliminary test and everything was fine. If you have tricky dealings with the surgeon, this might be an article for you. But be aware of those poorly attached wires. It cost me $7 to figure it out (btw, during my search for 12v switches very little came up for me so I settled on this one. Now I'm looking for a replacement. I get sides and sides all kinds of 12v dimmers, switches, low level lighting, designer control feel As if your algorithm is wasting too much time delivering products to your customers paid for the push and not me a good affordable one Choice offers. Attention buyers!)
