I absolutely love this skirt, I want a collection! I ordered size small and I am 5'4 range from 130 to 140. I do have kind of smaller legs but a bigger butt. I have wider hips and I knew going into my order that this style complimemts my body. I can get a pooch sometimes when I'm bloating and this skirt seems to not emphasize that which is a bonus! The material is soft (kind of silky) so super comfy and I wouldn't say that it felt tight at all.
