As a result of my tests, I determined that these workout pockets are a total waste. While they do have ample storage space the pockets themselves are poorly designed and tend to loosen up, causing my belongings to bounce around during exercise. The material also feels cheap and flimsy.Overall, I do not recommend these pockets..
