Review on Delidigi 2 Pack Wall Mount Bracket Holder Shelf Stand for HomePod Mini - Stable, Built-in Cable Organizer with Screws (2 Pack, White) by John Hall

no Not necessary. suitable for TV mounts, stands and turntables

DO NOT place in a location where it may be knocked or bumped. I'm even wary of the impact of touch on volume changes. I bought Homepod mini to keep in the bathroom and it's just not a concept that works. There is nothing "wrong" with my product. This is not a defect. It's just poorly designed and grossly overpriced. I would like to ask the seller not to refer to this review as the product is what it is and I am leaving this review so others know what they are buying before they do. There's no supporting vertical structure or brackets at all, so the case just bangs against the wall at the slightest touch. And despite the fact that the screws are as reliable as possible, it sags and tilts down. The platform is so far from the wall it makes it worse. It would be better if it was specifically designed for the device and its weight/platform positioned accordingly. Speaking of which, the mini intercom is NOT suitable for this as it is neither a flat platform nor a stand for it. There is a round notch that is too big. But there are four posts below that are too short to offer any assistance. As a result, the Homepod is positioned awkwardly and never stands level. It creaks when it moves, and while I installed it with the included drywall anchors, I have little confidence that they won't snap out of the wall if I leave it installed. I would also like to point out that the picture of the plugs does not correspond at all to the look/function of the Homepod adapter.

Pros
  • TV accessory
Cons
  • No power
