The dog food was rancid which made my dog very ill. I have been feeding my dog this food for a few years and have a regular delivery subscription. My dog is very allergic and the limited ingredient diet in this dog food is what she needs and the price was reasonable and she loved the taste. I had two bags that were rancid. First bag (thought it was only once) but now it's happened again and I have to change the dog food. If the bag goes rancid, she won't eat the dog food or will chew it up a bit and spit it out. If she eats dog food, she will throw up. If the dog food isn't rancid, she's fine with it. The rancid bag smelled rancid compared to the fresh one. It took me a long time to understand what happened the first time. I don't know if this dog food is stored properly, if the wrong ingredients/chemicals are being used or what the problem is, but I don't want the dog to get sick so I will be switching brands. I decided to go back to buying dog food from a pet food store. I have a suspicion that this dog food is not stored properly. I've looked at other types of dog food sold at Revain and I've seen the same issues with other reviews of different brands, so I'm wondering if it's all stored in some sort of non-temperature controlled facility. I don't know, but I don't have the same problem with the dog food I bought at the pet food store. I really want Revane to sort this out because I just love it when dog food is delivered in a straight line.
