I bought these to replace the cheap wire antenna that comes with most receivers/tuners, but wanted something inexpensive for indoor use and small enough not to be visible on an equipment rack. I've had bad luck with amplified indoor antennas in the past. This works very well. The mounted antenna ring is 18" in diameter, but the longest length is only 19" due to the crossbar (see photo). The height is basically 3 inches (see photos, one of these has a 3 inch tape on the end) except the 75 ohm connection extends it higher (see photo of the antenna on the shelf). I removed the center mounting bracket (two 10mm nuts) because it is not needed. Assembly requires a medium to small Phillips screwdriver and you can (and may need to) finger tighten the two small 7mm nuts. When reassembling, first attach the connectors on the screwdriver/nut side and then attach the antenna U-profiles in the plastic bracket at the other end. It is discussed here that it is not omnidirectional. It's omnidirectional, but doesn't pick up the signal equally from all directions, and I noticed the difference by turning it around on my shelf. I have included a photo of the grip pattern which is not a perfectly round circle and shows more grip on a diameter and weaker grip on the diameter when rotated 90 degrees.
