I am writing a very positive review and I highly recommend this product! It's very lightweight, surprisingly comfortable to wear - it doesn't shift or have any awkward qualities, which allows me to focus on physical fitness - it's easy to get started with even if you're new to high like me -Altitude training mask! Excellent customer service, excellent and consistent delivery, affordable and easy to use. This is my first altitude training mask. I became intrigued by the science of hypoxic training after an Olympic gymnast I follow overcame her injuries (foot surgery) with this type of mask while working out in the gym. Interestingly, I didn't use this mask outdoors or for running (as I often do). Instead, I use it for 90-minute yoga sessions. The cardiovascular effect is amazing! I feel like my heart and lungs are working a lot harder and getting more cardio. This viking mask is so comfortable that even when you're sweating and working in a heated room (105 degrees Fahrenheit or higher) it feels comfortable. It is very light and fits into even the smallest gym bag. There are four instantly adjustable levels on this model (e.g. I can fine-tune how much air the mask lets through with the two symmetrical knobs on the front of my mask), which means I can continue my efforts without interruption to remove the mask mask. I can keep moving even if I have to go down a notch. This makes the mask less intimidating and it's very easy to start training from day one! Overall this mask is a great deal and I'm so glad I chose the Vikingstrength brand! I highly recommend learning this type of workout and trying it yourself, this mask is your tool to reap the benefits!
