The ease to use interface is great for small businesses who don't want too much hassle running an IT department or having someone else handle it! I have used other hosting companies but this one has been by far my favorite so-far (and they are still improving!).

Pricing could be better especially if you're using more than 1 website/domain hosted from them which will increase your monthly bill significantly - however we only host 2 websites atm thus not as big issue yet though definitely something worth considering when looking into any type webhosting service!! We were able get up & going very quickly after purchasing domain names through GoDaddy's transfer process then transferring those domains over once set everything was working just fine without us needing anything extra aside form updating DNS records etc..
