The ease to use interface is great for small businesses who don't want too much hassle running an IT department or having someone else handle it! We used to have an internal IT department but now as we rely more heavily on hosted services we're relying much less on them. They've really come into their own over recent years. I'm never sure if my email gets through or not - sometimes it does get picked up and processed quickly (within hours) others takes weeks! But this is very difficult for me to control.
