i thought it was a good product as it was called gentle it is far from gentle it burned my entire upper lip I have' me have no sores or anything, it's winter now and my lips are a bit dry but nothing out of the ordinary and no open sores. I used this and it had a very bad taste, it tingled my upper lip then felt a burning sensation so I washed it all off but it kept burning, the next day I had multiple burns on my upper lip all red and light swollen. I don't know who is testing them, but I definitely cannot recommend this product. When I received it, there was a kind of white crust on the metal cap, I thought that maybe something leaked, later, after using the product, I carefully examined the cap, I think this substance leaked and has the Silver cap corroded.
