I was looking for the perfect insect repellent bag. Sturdy, comfortable, rain/snow proof, not gigantic or bulky but not so small that I can't pack what I want. The ease of use is amazing! When you throw it forward, everything is there to grab. It's made for right-handers, but as a left-hander I think it's probably better since it kind of shrinks on the left. The concealed carry capability is great and I'm planning on getting a general purpose holster that will fit in, as well as a 3 mag holder. The built in concealed carry feature is perfect for the bug bag and everyday bag. That's really the purpose of this bag. My only complaint is that the ccw area is only accessible if your right hand reaches back and into your pocket. I can handle it as I shoot with both hands, but if you're a stubborn left-hander then grab this bag anyway because there's nothing left-handed like it. great too, and the straps allow you to tighten small loads so they don't wobble as you run, stretch and hold when overstuffed. Extra small straps throughout for modular storage. I watched a few youtube videos before purchasing and it was exactly what I was looking for. A lot of effort and thought went into this bag and it shows.************************************ **** **UPDATE********************************: This bag was recently used for travel and went through Denver International Airport with flying colors. I packed it for a 2.5 day trip and even had room for things that my wife and daughter didn't fit in their bags. I pack light. The sling feature was very useful for quickly locating ID, money, boarding passes, etc. Unlike a backpack that needs to be taken off when you want to do something. It also allows you to stand up straight by leaning it to the side or on your knees without having to take it off. and spilled. He resists all attempts to destroy him! The camouflage print versions will stand out like crazy and if that's what you want then go for that, but if you want to blend in with the crowd go for the black one.
