Review on Reflective Sheeting: 3M Micro Prismatic Innovation for Superior Visibility by Joshua Romero

Wanted a reflective paint to use one of my ham radios like antennas and oscillators that would be visible up close but not in the way or distracting. Blue is good for that. However, this material sucks, it reflects almost no light. And if so, then only in the brightest part of the day. I put a small piece on the back of my phone and a small piece on our cat tag. It didn't reflect any light at all, even when I shined the flashlight directly on it. Only when I put the bun directly out of the window at noon did I see the faintest blue flicker. That shit might as well be a pretty blue camouflage. It sticks well, if that means anything.
