Looks very good but not very reliable

I bought 4 of these devices for a customer 8-10 months ago. At first I thought it was a very good deal because they looked good and seemed to be of high quality. 3 of them stopped working after 7 months. Usually they have to turn the power hub off and on again or restart the PC for Windows to recognize the power hub in order for them to be able to use the power hub. If you value quality, you should buy a different power hub than this one - 75 percent failure rate in less than a year is unacceptable!
