I needed a Cester, so I ordered it. It's a better cheese grater than a zester. Metal doesn't have malleability, which makes things a little harder to judge. It's very durable and ergonomically pleasing in my opinion, but the blade itself doesn't have the flex, again making it difficult to judge and definitely harder to hit. maybe it will give a little with some use. Overall this is a good product, I probably won't order again, I would try another.
