Exactly What Was Needed & More !: LeadEnrich

A very friendly team, easy going approach that makes you feel at ease from day one! The platform is so intuitive its like using an old friend every time I login- it feels familiar but also fresh as well because of all their updates they do each month!! We were looking for something where we could have our data in house easily accessible by marketing teams across different departments within my organization (Salesforce org).

This was not possible before LEANERENRICH came along! It has allowed us access into Sales Force records which can then be fed back up through BI Reporting or used directly via API's etc.. Our marketers are able now to see what prospects may need help solving problems relating to customers buying decisions - this gives them more confidence when calling out potential leads/customer issues during sales calls.- Accessing historical customer info such as previous purchase history allowing insight around decision making.

Pros
  • The ability to get a complete 360 view of a lead and the opportunity to have the opportunity to track the lead's journey and their interactions with our reps
Cons
  • Nothing really to dislike our reps love the product and so do we!
