have used them on two different mr2 intermediate hoses to replace originally failed flex hoses. They are very heavy and don't wobble at all. Doesn't make my muffler wobble anymore. They also seem to allow you to bend them and then they stay bent and now offer flexibility at that angle instead. They do well for a very small angle, eg +-10°, which is fine for my application.
