Runs at least 1 maybe 2 sizes big plus it's really boxy in fit and so it's not the most flattering. It fit fine at my hips but was too big in the chest and waist. I typically wear a small or medium depending on the brand. I ordered a medium so it would be comfy and it fit like a large or XL I'd say. I am a 34C and I think I would have needed to be at least 2 cups sizes bigger for it to not sag but even then it would have been too big, esp around the band. And if you are an hourglass shape like me it really hides your waist. I think I would need an XS for it to fit right.
