(Luigi version but I doubt the performance of color effects) Light, responsive buttons, joysticks work well. Big. Someone has complained that if you release the joystick in the extreme right or left position, it will bounce back off center and your character will turn around. I haven't experienced this once in the few hours I've been using this controller. I didn't notice any input lag and it works with multiple games, not just Smash Brothers. I don't think it feels cheap like others say, it's just lightweight, everyone is used to battery powered controllers and rattling motors these days. I also tried twisting the case a bit, I didn't notice any bending to damage it, you would have to twist it on purpose. My youngest son has dropped it a few times and it still works perfectly.
