one size larger in between. Got my normal size S (size 4-6 in pants), I'm 5ft 6in, 145lbs and they were a little tighter than I prefer for runners. I came back for the medium and they are great. Soft buttery fabric, high waist above belly button, stretchy comfortable material. The pockets are deep enough for your phone or whatever you need. They flatter and land in all the right places. They seem to be of good quality, especially for the price! I am definitely happy with my purchase! There were no reviews when I bought it, I hope this helps you choose the right size :)
