I range from 10 in Metcon and NB and 9 in NoBulls, went with 9 glad I did, toe box is a bit tight about 1/2 inch left, I've heard they break in so I'm not too much worried, great shoe for OLY takes off, noticed a dramatic difference in my twitches and moans.
