I ordered these adapters after ordering adapters with female connectors on both ends for a 2004 to 2015 headlight upgrade on a 2004 Wrangler. Manufacturers have different high and low beam configurations and ground wires. I had to move the high and low beams to make them work on the jeep because the high and low beams worked in reverse order. Changing the blades was easy enough. Bend the blade of the connector about 30 degrees towards the center of the connector to flatten the blade latch and feed the wire and blade through the back of the plastic connector. To reinstall, insert the blade into the new position from back to front. Once inserted, bend the blade to the outside of the stopper to dislodge the blockage.
