Our household loves large mugs and after recently breaking a few of the ones we have had for decades I started searching for new ones, only to find there are not many super-sized capacity ones.I loved the sleek, minimalist look of these white ones, and the fact that they can be used for our standard homemade mochas as well as cereal, ice cream, soups, etc. The only downside so far has been that the handle opening is quite small, and when they are full it is not seamlessly easy to pick them up with one hand, using the handle. The mug is wide so I was concerned it would cool off faster, but it wasn't any faster than any of our narrow mugs. I plan to use it on a coffee warmer in the future to see how that goes as well.The set of two comes in a nice box with foam padding and could easily be used/sent as a gift. There was a hair inside my box which was a little off-putting but not a big deal. We've used them in the dishwasher several times with no issues. Can happily recommend for anyone who wants a super-size mug like we do.
