I bought these replacement heads based on all the positive reviews. Seriously, I think I only have the ones that don't quite fit. I practically had to jam it on the device. When I finally put it on, you immediately notice that it doesn't fit. The light on it is very weak and it doesn't make a normal sound because it doesn't make the right contact. There is no hair inside that needs to be removed. That being said, although it's advertised with a cleaning brush, I didn't get it either. As I said, these should only be the ones I received.
