Review on Pangdi Cat Harness and Leash: Ultimate Escape-Proof Walking Gear by Monica White

Although the tag received was sealed in a clear plastic bag which I was unable to open without tearing it, the back of the strap is slightly frayed and has a lot of fluffy long cat hair clinging to the edges. However, I am surprised that I don't see any cat hair on the inner black mesh. Is this a used item that has been repackaged, or was it just exposed to the cat before it was boxed? It looks well made and is made of *very* durable material throughout except for the edges (soft jersey with a brushed back). I like that it has a lot of reflective details. I will update this review after checking the size chart. Update: the size was good. Safety buckles etc good. But he can slip into the bottle if he walks to the end of the leash and turns back. No harness has held him up yet when he panicked for some reason but I have another harness that I clipped on to hold him more securely *but* that harness he won't let me put back on from the outside, when he gets it free. He patiently allows me to put on this harness, even when he is already free outside (and everything that scared him is gone). Good enough to get him inside safely.
