This is a "mini " pen, not a standard pen.

I lost my left arm in '92. I've been using spinners ever since. I just got another car and this old handle just wouldn't install. I wanted one with two stripes around the wheel and it looked like this. The price was good. When it got here it says "Mini Body Power Knob" on the box. WOW. The problem is that it's only 1/2 inch above the handlebars. I can't grab it. As if it was only made on "Palm".
