Great hydration option

I've been using hydration systems for a few months now. I started using CamelBak systems a few years ago, mainly for cycling and hiking. They're great, but they're big, heavy, and cause a lot of heat stress because they block so much of your back. This year I decided to run a marathon and the backpack was over the top. I needed a compact hydration solution with a pouch for fuel (like gels) and my phone. This belt is the best hydration system I have ever used. Pros: Doesn't feel like it has heat stress like a camel bug blocking air. flows down the back. - The water bottle does NOT jump even if I run fast. - The elastic that holds the bottle in place does the job and I can easily put it on and remove it behind my back. - A few snacks and my iPhone 5s fit in the pocket and credit card. - Water bottle says cold for 1 hour (started with as much ice as possible) and gets cool after 1.5 hours (not bad for days when it was 30C outside) - Bottle cap is always closed - you have to press the Bottle to squeeze the water out which means it won't drip or spill everywhere. much better than a head strap mount CONS - I wish the volume of the bottle was a little bigger but then the weight and size would be an issue so I guess it's not. ut rightNotes: Another review showed that her phone was always dry when in a pocket. There is only mesh lining between the bag and you, when you sweat it will fall into your bag. My phone got damp after a couple of long marathon workouts (2-3 hours of running in the summer heat), now I usually keep my phone in my lunch bag to keep it dry.
