WAY too big for women

I usually wear a size 12 and might go for a size 14 if I'm worried something might be too short. I ordered it in size XL and it fell off my body. Definitely go one size smaller when buying. Also, I'm 5'3" and my waist hits my hips. All sizes were terrible. The material seems cheap but you get what you pay for and I was just looking for something easy to put on.
